Terms & Conditions

1. General Requirements

  • Minimum 2 days booking mandatory
  • Valid Indian Driving Licence required
  • 1 original photo ID (Aadhaar / EPIC / DL) to be submitted at pickup and returned on vehicle handover

2. Rental Duration

  • Rental day is calculated from 9:00 AM to 9:00 AM
  • Late return after 10:00 AM will attract full-day charges

3. Fuel Policy

  • Fuel expenses to be borne by the customer
  • Vehicle must be returned with same fuel level as received

4. Usage Restrictions

  • Vehicle to be driven within Goa only
  • Off-road driving strictly prohibited
  • Vehicle decoration and luggage carriers are not allowed

5. Safety & Compliance

  • Seat belt mandatory at all times
  • Drinking and driving strictly prohibited
  • Park only in designated parking areas
  • Any fines or penalties to be borne by the hirer

6. Damages & Liability

  • Airport parking charges (if any) to be paid by the hirer
  • Customers are advised to record a video of the car at pickup
  • Any damage will be charged as per showroom inspection
  • Damages caused by third parties or valet parking are the hirer’s responsibility
